RESOLUTION 2006-39

OPPOSE 2006 BALLOT INITIATIVES CI-97 AND I-154

WHEREAS, the Montana Attorney General has this day issued a letter of advice that the Montana Association of Counties is not prohibited from taking a position on initiatives to be presented to the Montana voters:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Montana Association of does hereby go on public record as being in opposition to both Initiatives CI-97 and I-154.
